Up & Down Arrow Selectors with preset manager

Is there a way to use this up/down arrow selector with preset storing?

This selector doesn't work with preset manager.

In this issue, your approach is a preset manager that controlled with arrows.

But I actually like to only change preset manager. When presets are changed, the output index value will be remembered. How is it possible?

I am still not 100% sure what you would like. Here is another go. You can select a preset and the index will be sent to the +- buttons
