FL Flowstone
Re: FL Flowstone
I still don't know Nix, the link takes you to the shop but there's no upgrade to FS yet, we'll see how much it is. There's a chance it's a legacy link from the old FL Synthmaker Help, tho. Has happened before...nix wrote:This is such good exposure for FS.
Buritse, how much is the upgrade to FS?
Just guessing, but I bet it'll be mostly the same -maybe slightly lower- than the offer DSPR gave to existing Synthmaker users.
If I understood right, you have both Synthmaker and Flowstone standalones installed, as well as FLS10 and FLS11, right?billv wrote:Exactly what I've done. Install FL11 into different folder. Have the best of both worlds.Buritsé wrote:install all future releases of FLStudio into a separate folder and keep FLStudio10, forever.
Havn't seen any conflicts yet..........we'll see...
Mmm, I'll cross fingers and install FLS11 then... If I have any problem I'll hate you for being a lucky lad...

Correct. No issues yet.Buritsé wrote:If I understood right, you have both Synthmaker and Flowstone standalones installed, as well as FLS10 and FLS11, right?

Re: FL Flowstone
I have to disagree with you on that.tester wrote:FS3 combines options of it's predecessors (SM and earlier versions of FS), and offers greater stability and speed in areas in which it was a problem.
Array speed has always been slow as molasses and still is, and for stability, Ruby pretty much kills that.
FS is a great program, but lets not sugar coat it...
