Drawing with Ruby
Drawing with Ruby
I'm trying to start using the Ruby component in Flowstone, and I'm following the drawing section in the manual. I can't find the "display window" component that they use in the manual. I actually am having trouble getting the drawings to show anywhere at all (and it's telling me there are no errors in my code). I have the the version of Flowstone that comes with FL Studio. Could I be missing a component because I have a different version?
On a side note, It's hard to find anything really except the manual on using the Ruby or DSP components. Does anyone have links or tutorials? Thanks!

Re: Drawing with Ruby
Also, I know I have a display window, but it's not the same as in the manual. There is a bitmap input, which isn't in the manual, and when I connect it to Ruby, nothing shows up. And no, my pen I'm using to draw isn't transparent.
Re: Drawing with Ruby
dont know exactly what display window you mean but try to make a module with the mgui primitive inside to show what you do in ruby module...

Hhhmmmm. It seems I have an older version though. How do I upgrade?
